Acier Systems is a Mumbai company that designs, engineers, supplies and installs architectural systems across India: green walls and façade greening, railings and invisible grills, safety nets, zoo enclosures and aviaries, façade mesh, glazing and padel courts. We have represented Jakob Rope Systems of Switzerland exclusively in India since 2014.

Survey and design
We measure the site and work out the system with your architect: mesh, ropes, fixings and planting.
Engineering
Our engineers and draftsmen size every member and fixing, set the rope pretension, design the anchors, prepare the bill of quantities and issue shop drawings for approval.
Supply
Jakob systems from Switzerland, plus everything else the project needs, on one order.
Installation
Installed by our trained installation teams, under our supervision and our responsibility.
Handover and care
Inspection and documentation at handover, and maintenance afterwards, including plant care for green walls.
PeopleWho you’ll work with
Rupen leads design and execution at Acier. He founded the company, set up our partnership with Jakob Rope Systems in 2014, and oversees how each system is engineered and installed. He also runs his own projects with the team and takes on sales when a project needs him.
Karan leads sales and projects at Acier. He handles business development and is the first person most architects and developers deal with. He runs his projects with the team and oversees their execution, from the first drawing to handover.

PartnerJakob Rope Systems
Jakob was founded in 1904 in Trubschachen, Switzerland, and has projects in more than 50 countries. Its stainless ropes, fittings and Webnet are made from the AISI 316 material group, and its end connectors reach at least 90% of the rope’s minimum breaking load. Webnet holds German general building approval DIBt Z‑14.7‑557.
